Water Boarding Worries…Why Now?

Nancy Pelosi - aka The Scary Lady!

So much liberal left-wing angst, so much indignation, so much self loathing and self hatred.

Do you really care that Khalid Sheik Mohammad was subjected to water-boarding?

I don’t care. I hope he was subjected to much, much worse. Oh, maybe like a hot cattle prod up his wazoo. Or maybe crushing his fingers one by one with a shop vise. But I digress.

The ever arrogant and narcissistic U. S. Attorney General Eric ‘Holier than Thou’ Holder is threatening to charge former Bush administration people with committing crimes of torture.

And now it comes out that;

“In September 2002, four members of Congress met in secret for a first look at a unique CIA program designed to wring vital information from reticent terrorism suspects in U.S. custody. For more than an hour, the bipartisan group, which included current House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.), was given a virtual tour of the CIA's overseas detention sites and the harsh techniques interrogators had devised to try to make their prisoners talk.

Among the techniques described, said two officials present, was waterboarding, a practice that years later would be condemned as torture by Democrats and some Republicans on Capitol Hill. But on that day, no objections were raised. Instead, at least two lawmakers in the room asked the CIA to push harder, two U.S. officials said.

‘The briefer was specifically asked if the methods were tough enough,’ said a U.S. official who witnessed the exchange.”

Change You Can Believe In...

“You are weak, your hands are empty, and you can't force us to do anything; nearly 7,000 centrifuges are spinning today at Natanz, mocking you.”

This challenge comes from Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad in an April 15, 2009 speech in Kerman, Iran. (click here for the whole story)

It’s in response to U.S. President Barack Hussein Obama’s offer to extend an “outstretched hand” to Iran.

So much for Hussein Obama’s embarrassing attempts to grovel and beg forgiveness and acceptance from the likes of Ahmadinejad.

What Obama doesn’t seem to get is that this is how most muslims regard non-muslims.

This is the CHANGE you voted for.
