(click here for the story) In a 5 to 4 decision, Justice Anthony Kennedy, opining for the court, said, "The laws and Constitution are designed to survive, and remain in force, in extraordinary times."

Yes, if you are an American. Very few of the murderous pukes at Gitmo are Americans. They are inhuman barbaric terrorists and they have no rights.

The AP story went on to say that; “The vote was 5-4, with the court's liberal justices in the majority.”

At least 30 former Guantanamo Bay detainees have been killed or recaptured after taking up arms against allied forces following their release.
